Bought a used Remington 700 BDL 12 years ago with the intention of swapping the barrel to 257 Wby. Made the mistake of shooting the donor and watched it print ragged holes with 3 different bullet weights. So I hunted it and it is one of the ones I will always have. It simply crushes animals. Deer, hogs, coyotes and black bear have fallen to that rifle. I am 50 years of age. GreggH
