I haven't played since the end of September. Could have played in October a few times, but felt kind of burned out on golf this summer after 60+ rounds, all walked. I buy an annual pass card good for unlimited golf, and break even at 50 rounds. I will again this year, even though with a brand new boat I'll be fishing a lot, too.

I'm no longer happy with being a bogey golfer, as I keep improving the more I play. I'm about a +10 player now, and occasionally get as low as +2 for a round.

With all the silly Covid rules now, I have adopted a "one hole offset" scoring method. I roll the ball one hole width either side of the actual hole and call it good. As long as I pick the side first and the ball doesn't go too far beyond, it isn't cheating much because I did putt to the spot I aimed at. I just scoop the ball up and go to the next tee.
