I will describe "full swing" to clarify.....

Going after the ball with 100% backswing and follow through.
No PGA-A Pro will advocate for doing that with wedges.


Nor is that what Goalie & I are suggesting.

By full swing, my (& probably our) definition is know +/- 5 yards what you can consistently hit every lob wedge, pitching wedge, 9,8 & 7 iron.

These are you approach clubs.
