Ourselves rules, there's no bunkers on The course. All sand areas so they can ground clubs.
Range finders have been allowed in the rules for years. I think PGA allowed them to try to speed up play
It never made sense to me that the tour didn't allow rangefinders.
With the caddy books they've got, they're walking it off to within a yard, it just takes longer.
