Is that a missile launch from Belgorod? Russia has the advantage of firing from Russia and then claiming if they shoot back it’s a major crime.

Using US supplied weapons and US advisers inside Ukraine serving with UKO soldiers targeting inside Russia?

Would that be justifiation for a nuke response?

No, because Ukraine has a right of self-defense. You don't get to invade a sovereign nation and then claim the right to use nukes when they mount a vigorous defense. That's called "boot-strapping".

It really doesn’t phuquing matter. That’s the whole point of nukes. When you get them, you kind of get to say “Phuque yo rules.”

Your logic is a dumb as those stupid [bleep] who start off across a crosswalk without even a second glance to see if anything is coming. Do they have the right away? Yes. If someone hit them, would the driver be in the wrong? Absolutely. Does it matter one single bit who was in the right or in the wrong when a human body gets hit by a pickup going 50 mph? No, not a bit. You’ll still be dead as a doornail.

In a nuclear war, the rights and the wrongs and the motivations won’t matter a damned bit. Everyone will be dead.
