Just about every thing you said is inaccurate.
If this is what winning looks like for Russia I would hate to see what losing looks like.
And about that air superiority, which they don't have.. they have lost something like 200 fixed and rotary wing aircraft. The have limited sorties to preserve what they have left.
And how about all those Russian generals killed or captured?
By any measure Russia is losing and losing badly.

Last time I checked when you invaded a country, took territory, and can’t be expelled from said territory you can’t be said to be “losing” and certainly not by “any measure”. I mean, since the most traditional measure is winning is the ability to take and hold territory.
Except they are being expelled. I might add that the USA never ceded territory in Afghanistan or Vietnam.
