I do not think I'd make such a rash statement saying the homicide investigators from The FBI or the Idaho State Police are "too inexperienced" to investigate these terrible homicide incidents. Perhaps the Moscow Police Dept., is inexperienced but not those heavy hitters.
Goncalves, in my opinion, is not helping at all.
