Russia's Army and materials is so depleted that without a country wide draft and spending what little income they still have or have coming in, it'll be a decade or more before they rebuild the Army that they once had. Though they still have their AF and Navy left. There won't be a treaty or peace without Rusia's complete withdrawal and them taking at least a good portion of the cost in rebuilding Ukraine. The most likely outcome of this mess is a renewed push for the ouster of Russia from the UN, and a new cold war. China will not take any part in the fight, and Iran will not be able to get much of any real munitions or equipment through for their use.
