The Russians on the other hand have concentrated on it since they long ago conceded that they could not match NATO in air power. They have excellent systems.
Whom have the Russians faced since WWII? Why is their system presumed to be better?
They do have good missiles, and have for quite a while, but that does not mean that we do not.
