The Russians undoubtedly have figured out that they're up against amateurs as far as NATO is concerned. The U.S.A. is the big NATO Poobah and it's currently being ran by a mentally deficient President and his administration which is made up of transvestites, women, and soyboys.
Well so far NATO equipment alone seems to be stymying the Russians. Who are being run by a bunch of corrupt alcoholics subject to early mortality and assassination.
