Approximately 300 Russian dissidents and exiled anti Putin politicians met in the EU Parliament with all EU reps, and all allies concerned with Ukraine to discuss their information on Putin’s self imposed isolation, the growing public disenchantment with the ongoing war and a coming regime change in Russia which they feel is imminent.
