And in fact, the sum to replace destroyed infrastructure is probably going to be much less because many places with infrastructure damage now is part of Russia.

The West hasn't acknowledged it yet. But that's the reality of the situation. Formerly southeast Ukraine and Crimea is now Russia. Japan isn't going to pay to repair destroyed infrastructure in Russia.

Poland is also going to end up with a chunk of northwest Ukraine and will undoubtedly pick up the cost of fixing it back up.

Japan knows this.
Japan built the new airline terminal in Kabal in 2008-2009. It was pretty nice in 2009 the one time I was through it. Of course, America was running cover against the taliban then. I wonder what it looks like now with the taliban in control ?? My guess it looks a lot like the old one now.
