A skinning rack is a handy thing to have, especially if you are anticipating shooting several critters. If it's just one guy, and one animal, a pronghorn laid on the tailgate of a pickup can be skinned in a matter of a few minutes, no problem. Antelope are not that heavy, especially minus guts, hide, head, and lower legs.
