No one recovers - legitimately - from a Chapter 7 that fast. New bikes are bought on either cash (which would have been an asset in the Chapter 7 filing, or received afterward soon enough to require disclosure - i.e., an inheritance) or on credit (and no dealership is lending to anyone less than 6 months out from a Chapter 7).

As always with these two, something is very suspicious and definitely not above board.


Like everything else post under a Claiborne handle, it is probably a half-truth, if not just a down-right lie. Can't believe anything either of them post.
