Yes, it's physics UNLESS you embrace POA and truly believe that you're always going to get significantly more velocity from any cartridge that is "AI'd" than from the non-AI version when all common variable are equal.

It was intended to be tongue in cheek, as there are still some people who firmly believe that cutting a 40-degree shoulder AI chamber changes the laws of physics when it comes to centerfire rifle cartridge velocity, claims of higher velocity because of case shape rather than higher velocity because of higher operating pressures.
