This thread played out much as I expected. The two camps praising or poo-pooing the cartridge, with no ground gained by either side. What was learned? In a nutshell, nothing. I doubt anyone's opinion has changed. It is another Internets tempest in a teapot. But what of the original question?
Have any fence sitters got anything to say? Were you convinced one way or the other?
Yes I do. I was one that fired a Vanguard in 6.5 Creedmoor at the range (not mine) and really liked shooting the round. Subsequently I grew nauseous of all the Creedmoor hype and starting avoiding all Creedmoor threads. But I read this one and it got me thinking that the Creed is there offering me pretty much what I've been wanting all along and I've been overlooking it. So I'm seriously considering getting one.
