When I first looked through the pictures from the last Savage Fest I fell hard for the 1899s. Here are a couple more; both products of the 24 Hour Campfire. Numbers all match up on these rifles too. I posted pictures of these guns before, but this is the countdown to Savage Fest after all...

This one is a .303 that I really like a lot. I probably put some noticeable carry wear on it in the last two years. Great trigger. The wood is really pretty to my eyes and it would have been neat to have seen it new, but it's also neat to think about the the history that this old girl has seen. Finally got what I believe is the correct rear sight on there...and now it's in the way! I added the older Marble Safety Axe tang sight. I like those.

The 250-3000 is from 1915 I think. Another favorite. A second one of these in really high condition is at the top of my short list.
