More evidence of how low Eustice will go.

He tried to counterfeit free meal cards for a fast food place and when they caught him he went on to file a baseless lawsuit and try to sue them. He filed a paupers plea sayinghe couldn't afford court costs then like the genius that he is put in a statement that shows he can make a lot of money. The defendants attorney brought it up with evidence and showed other cases he got called out on and he was ordered to pay costs. Eustice is still defrauding people on his site and it there doesn't seem to be any court activity until April. The Harris County Legal system is a trash can clown show.

I got word from a few people that Eustice is taking customers billing info and trying to buy bulk orders of ammo an also submitting falsified documents. He is like a crappy version of the Frank from Catch Me If You Can who gets caught all the time.

Below are a few excerpts from the case.

"It appeared Eustice color copied the free meal cards on copy paper and poorly cut them with scissors (“Altered Free Meal Cards”).
The Altered Free Meal Cards resembled the type of promotional cards that Freddy’s utilizes, but they were not on the same type of stock paper and they were not cut straight.

Eustice was able to pass off the Altered Free Meal Cards on a few occasions, but Ford, the AssistantManager, denied him when she saw the Altered Free Meal Cards. His usual order was the Double Bacon Burger, no onions. On or about July 20, 2019, Ford once again denied Eustice’s use of the Altered Free Meal Cards and advised him that if he did not leave the drive-thru, she was going to all the police. After Ford asked him to leave, Eustice told Ford that he would take everything from her, he drove away and this lawsuit ensued.

Eustice brought this suit against Ford, in her individual capacity, claiming as
follows:
“Defendant unlawfully and negligently caused injury to Plaintiff by selling
him tainted food which caused Plaintiff to become incredibly ill with food
poisoning, causing plaintiff to be bedridden for approximately 1 week, with
a lost opportunity cost of $330 per hour. Defendant under compensated and
mailed Plaintiff a few “free combo cards” at Freddy’s location at 1111 Dairy
Ashford Rd. Plaintiff sues for personal injury tort, unlawful harassment,
and breach of contract.

Eustice does not provide any dates of when these alleged incidents occurred and he does not provide any evidence of his alleged medical condition. Ironically, however, he admits that he has the potential to earn $330 per hour, even though he claimed he is an indigent in his Statement of Inability to Afford Court Costs filed at the same time as his Petition."
