It is unlikely he will be released any time in the next decade now. Assuming they have ample evidence of those charges against him, these are parole violations and should be automatically upgraded to felonies. The terroristic threats against a public/government official/operation may also make this a federal case. They set bail at $450,000 and a bond has not been posted. Additionally, the charges are separated and in different courts. The terroristic threats charge has a court date set for Monday.
