I wonder if victims can grant a limited power of attorney to someone for small claims court to go after a perp. Or, small claims court via Zoom call for our-of-state victims. Also wonder if a small claims court verdict would be a defense against litigation from a sue-happy plaintiff that could result in a quick dismissal.

I think in 3 of his lawsuits, one with amazon, he was found to be a Vexatious litigant so he can't file anything without court approval.
I know he was found to be a vexatious litigant in one court, but does that apply to other courts? I honestly don’t know. I hope so, for the sake of our court systems everywhere.
