All any conscious judge or prosecuter would need to do is read previous claims made by this asshat to know his elevator is perpetually stuck in the basement.

I am surprised he hasn't pissed off one of the cartels or gangs looking for an ammo resupply only to be stiffed like every other customer.

I was thinking, why can't we reach out to the web host and explain that by allowing him to continue to commit fraud they are complicit. Worth a shot, especially if enough of us reach out to complain.
