He's out again.

He filed papers claiming he was mentally ill, and should be let out of jail.

The judge let him out on a PR bond. Again. They even waived the $30 fee for the PR bond.

Scammer is out, website and his FB business page is still up and running.

I think the Texas Atty General needs get involved at this point.


If he gets a pass for being mentally ill, this is probably just the beginning of his scams.
