It's very doubtful he will spend any considerable time behind bars
More than likely he will have to pay restitution to those he ripped off

Jails are overcrowded !

Makes you wonder if he was declaring this as income or will the IRS
come snooping around ?

Won't the DA's office or clerk of court make restitution for him? I understand that they've frozen his financial assets. I would not trust him to pay restitution.

How much do you think he has in "assets"?

He lives with mama and daddy.

I received this in an email from Mr. Maxwell on 11/24/2020.

"I can tell you from looking at his bank records already received he has the funds to provide restitution."

And this on 12/15/2020

"Our office is requesting restitution for everyone who filed a complaint through our office. The amount is listed on the indictment when we charge him or when we add you to the indictment as a complaint."

I take that to mean that once he is convicted that they will see that you are reimbursed from his funds which I understand have been seized.
