Go Daddy has deep pockets and have already said they were not responsible for how a website was used. So, unless we had deep pockets, it's not going to be worth trying.

What might be worth trying is a local "on your side" news team that could bring local, regional and possibly national attention to the problem. It's just a matter of finding the right news team.

Godaddy is protected under 47 U.S. Code § 230. Therefore they have zero liability in this matter.
