In the above two postings concerning T&C amended, when a contract is entered into on a "fraudulent basis" from "the start", the contract is NULL & VOID on its face as though it never existed to begin with, and has zero legal footing to stand on in any regards, giving the seller (Optics and Ammo) zero legal recourse in anyway whatsoever or protection.
