It’s a pretty safe bet that the guy has some psychological issues - until that gets addressed, I think he’ll continue to hoe the same row.



Even a low intelligence animal is capable of learning that when they do something wrong and they get punished for it, to stop doing it.

He's keeps going down that path because he wants to go down that path. Insane or not, he knows right from wrong.
