Those are accidents. This was negligence. And incompetence.
Virtually all AD shootings are negligence of some kind. A gun never fires by itself. Someone mishandled it. That's kind of like the popular headline "Gun fires while being cleaned". Total BS. You can't clean a gun with a round chambered. It's always a case of someone pulling the trigger of a loaded gun while preparing to clean it or doing something else that's stupid. You can't even run a ramrod all the way down a barrel with a chambered round and the ramrod won't fire it if you try.
