Yes. Baldwin is at fault. But knowing the industry, and what safety measures that have been used for 100 years in that industry, he isn't the only one at fault.

Gun safety is everyone's responsibility.Simply being on a film set doesn't relieve Baldwin from exercising safety protocols that require everyone to determine if a genuine firearm,not a prop,is loaded.Baldwin neglected to do this.

Again,Baldwin is ultimately responsible for this woman's death.He neglected to adhere to the most basic of safety rules and that is to determine that his gun was unloaded and safe.

He aimed the gun at a human being,he cocked the hammer and he pulled the trigger.He's responsible.
