I'm trying to consider the whole situation, put my personal feelings about Baldwin aside, and look at the situation objectively.

That's why I'd like to read their safety protocols that were published, or supposed to be in place.


I was with you, then I started thinking, hey, do the relevant laws have "we're on a movie set" exclusions written into them???

They obviously didn't follow Hollywood movie set "best practice" or there wouldn't be two people shot (or a LOT of people would have been shot over the decades of shoot em up movies being made).

There were at least a few previous "oops" moments with firearms on the set.

Why should I think it was "reasonable" for Baldwin to not ensure the firearm wasn't loaded?
