Whether he pulled the trigger or not, his casual disregard for established safety protocols establish his guilt.
You can reply that he hired someone to be the safety person. He did. However, it’s established he knew the safety protocols on HIS production were broken, and he did nothing to remedy the situation.
And then he violated them some more by pointing a gun at a non-participant (non-actor) and pulling the trigger. Why the fuque was he pointing at her under any circumstances?
