The armorer is as well. As are the producers.

Maybe if you read my posts on the subject, you will find out the safety protocol in place for 100 years in the movie industry where firearms are used and concerned.

You can believe what you want to believe, but know without a shadow of a doubt that the armorer who allowed live ammo on set, didn't check and clear the gun personally, then hand it directly to Baldwin with a declaration of verified status of the gun, is responsible too.
