I dont like Baldwin at all.
And pretty much hate Hollywood.
But by my understanding the armorer is in charge of the gun stuff and maybe even the person that gave the gun to Baldwin and declared it cold ( asst director, or whoever else tasked to verify/ declare condition ).

I wouldnt trust an actor w gun safety.
