I made my speculation, others that like to criticize should make theirs and we can have a discussion.

There's certainly plenty of support for the outcomes you describe. The optimist in me hopes it doesn't come to that. We'd be fools to lose the dollar as the global fiat currency. If the US doesn't start playing a longer game, we run the risk of getting crushed over the long run.
