Thanks Ribka. Ironically, I've been reading Mearsheimer's Tragedy of Great-Power Politics and various criticisms. I'm drawn to the matter of factness and deductive character of Mearsheimer's realist paradigm. It's a breath of fresh air. I'm going to follow your links and check back in later.
