Yea, Marco Rubio's part was peculiar, to say the least. It made the whole exchange look scripted. He pretends to hit Nuland about the sequence of a series of diplomatic negotiations with Venezuela, then appears to frame the Russia for a biological attack that hasn't happened yet.
