I'm 71 year's old and have never shot the first living thing with a 30-06. Now I do have a very nice Paul Jaeger 30-06 that was made in 1945. This year I'm using it for an elk rifle and now someone say's its obsolete????
Well, to alleviate your pain, you can't donate that obsolete rifle to my obsolete rifle museum which at this time in history has 6 30-06s which would gladly accept a new member to their group. They're good friend with some 7x57 as well as they remember their daddy. Paul B.
