Have fam that worked juvi. Seen some w the ten mile deep eyes. Aint wired right. Can only keep em til 18 and then theyre free to raise Hell as an adult.
People have no clue how many fugged up kids there are. According to my source:
1/3 are on drugs 1/3 were abused 1/3 have low IQ
