Like many cities in America, Uvalde, Texas, has a SWAT team.
The Uvalde SWAT team trained specifically in area schools.

Uvalde, a town of about 16,000, is spending $4.4 million, or 38%, of its $11.5 million budget for 2021-2022 on its 40-member police force.

According to an Associated Press report and social media footage, Uvalde police milled outside the school during the massacre, brandished tasers, and prevented parents from entering the school.

In this case, just cannot overstate the value of #4 rebar.

Slaves get what they need. Free men get what they want.

Rehabilitation is way overrated.

Orwell wasn't wrong.
