If their was a 40 min lapse of time going in their by LE. That is really fuuuuucked up... Someone who made that decision needs to be held accountable if it is actually true.

If this is similar to the Coward of Broward peice of schit LEO at the scene on the ground schit it is unforgivable. If the LEO,s were told by higher it is still unforgivable at highers level and on the ground while happening level. I cant imagine what type of person could stand their hearing gunfire and knowing people are being killed and saying higher wont let us go in because we dont have enough training to deal with this.
All speculation on my part... Might or might not be true. But if this 40 minute lapse is true. And if it is part of what went down. It is unforgivably negligent in protecting the public.
Just have to wait till it all comes out like it did in Broward one way or the other I geuss.
