I guess so, but I'm not one for enabling the homeless.
Lots of these folks are mentally ill and who should be in a facility but there is not funding for such. Many are Veterans with Traumatic Brain injuries or PTSD to the max. Sure there are a few freeloaders, but for them The Christian Aid Center has pretty strickt guidlines and requirements to keep.
