As of now Russia is under consideration of being expelled from the UN for war crimes.
A bit of a problem with this. Russia has VETO power in the UN. Even if they didn't do you think half the vote would go against Russia?
Veto has no value if expelled and denied entrance to the venue.
The UN is on American soil.
#1-Wrong, Russia can veto. #2-Wrong, the USA has never denied a permanent member of the Security Council access and ain't going to now, which I don't think they could do anyway without kicking the whole UN out of the country.
You need to understand the majority of countries in the world don't like us or Western Europe.
