Ukraine forces have totally hobbled the Russian Black Sea Fleet causing it to remain well offshore and as far out of range from the Ukraine Forces’ drones and missiles as possible with concerns that the Ukraine forces will begin using longer range weapons.

Which is why its fleet is parked a ways from Ukraine.
