Putin’s war is not going well. Putin has now asked North Korea for rockets and artillery shells. His troops are undisciplined, in a state of very low morale with outright refusals to take actions when commanded by their superiors and they suffering extreme shortages of arms and necessary support for personal needs.
The sanctions are weighing heavier with each passing day causing putin to have to seek outside help for necessary war supplies.
