Russia attacks Odesa Port one day after signing grain deal. Reuters, Bloomberg Putin’s word is good with an agreement just like his word was with the Russian Bonds Defaults.
There are a couple of things to consider. 1-If Russia did attack a position in Odessa it may not be a violation of the agreement and may have been in response to something Ukraine did that violated the agreement. Or 2- It may be a false flag attack staged by Ukraine.
The Syrian government was accused of gassing a rebel village in Syria when in all likelihood it was staged by the ISIS rebels to get sympathy from the international community.
I’m sure that covers it all. It is a war of proxy and PR.
I agree Ukraine is proxy for NATO, but what is PR? Public Relations?
