Yes I am Misty smile and yes I am aware attorney's love to drag out fights in litigation but it might be cheaper for him to move then since I only have to pay a portion of our attorney bills since there are several households out here on the same retainer so our legal fees have been split up where his are all his, I just built my home out here last year and it took over a year and half to build I'm not going anywhere and the State has made it quite clear in the letters back 2 two households that they don't agree with his side..
