All I can see is in this video, The photos the complainer is posting don't show much. Why crop out all but a small fraction of your images and say the whole thing has failed?
Back up and show us a updated wide angle shot......
don't see a berm in that video, if you have a rifle on the bench and someone negligently touches one of its going into the house.
