To me, God can work incredible good out of unspeakable tragedies...but that doesn't mean that He engineered the tragedies. Just because He uses something awful doesn’t mean that He caused it...or that He needed it to accomplish His purposes.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.”
There ‘is’ an enemy, and he is out to sway us with hardships and troubles and despair.
