Love is described as being unconditional/God is Love, John 3:16 is conditional. Salvation is conditional. We have a contradiction.

In conversation, I have asked people a question..... "If you believed something that was actually untrue, would you want to know it?"

No, that's not what going on here. The can be multiple problems with a statement. John 3:16 was held out as a moral defense of Christianity, etc. I demonstrated why it's based upon immoral actions, and at best, primitive immoral thinking.
