But in any event, I already had the 650 Burgman before I bought the Dyna and didn't realize that conventional motorcycles had been spoiled for me. I put a quarter fairing on it,..some 1" up, 2" back risers along with some Flanders flat tracker bars, the Mustang solo seat, and a little Motherwells fender rack. I loafed around on it here and there, but when I was ready to go somewhere, I'd ride the Burgman. To my eye, the Dyna was a nice looking bike the way I set it up and I enjoyed looking at it and listening to it. But by that phase of my motorcycling it had become about "riding",..and the Burgman was so far ahead of a conventional motorcycle in that regard that it was a no brainer to jump on the Burgman when I was going to accumulate some miles.

I sold the Dyna and bought a tractor. I've still got the Burgman.

A soldier just back from Iraq bought it. He was happy to get it.
