Seems to be still across the board with wire wheels except for Beemers.

Clearly this doesn't bother other people as it does me, else everyone would be doing as BMW does.

A split tube left me stranded five hours along the interstate in Arkansas one time, no tubes to split in a tubeless tire, and most punctures can be fixed enough to get you home with a simple tire rivet kit.



They REALLY should have made those rims a tubeless design. That was very short sighted of Honda. I think Triumph does some tubeless spoked wheels.
